Use the form below to send us an inquiry! Space is limited at every conference, so inquire early. Our Annual Conference is scheduled for April 12 – 14, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday and concluding at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. We do ask that if you are limited on your days to plan to be there on Thursday. We set this day aside to highlight our vendors and encourage attendees to stop by.
At-A-Glance Information
- Vendors can set up Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday.
- Guaranteed 1 table and 2 chairs
- Includes lunch and snacks for 2 attendees; an additional per-person charge for more than 2 attendees
- Expected conference attendance is around 400
- Your company name will be printed on advertising material, Facebook, and the website (if agreement is settled by print date)
If selected, you must have $175 payment to the ISSRT no later than March 15.
We request each vendor also bring a “prize” of some sort. We encourage attendees to come to your table and register for a prize drawing. We will draw prizes Friday morning from the vendors. You will be provided with tickets. Prizes in the past include a small basket of the product you sell, a small gift card, a radiology-themed item, etc.
